If healthy eating conjures up thoughts of salads, grain bowls, and smoothies in a fast-casual atmosphere, you are in for a surprisingly sophisticated dining experience when you step into The Well in downtown Austin, or into their more recent location in Westlake.

The Well offers a varied menu of nutrition-focused, flavorful dishes — all free of gluten, soy, refined sugar, seed oils, and GMOs. With a commitment to serving clean ingredients, The Well serves health conscious dishes that truly cater to any dietary preferences. There’s plenty on the menu for brunch, lunch, dinner or even happy hour.

Healthiest Happy Hour

Our team recently stopped in for a snacks and Zero Proof cocktails for a healthy little happy hour. Don’t pass up the he guacamole with pomegranate for a pop of color and flavor. The mushroom ceviche with avocado, tomato, and cilantro on a Siete tostada still has us talking about these fresh and satisfying snacks. While they have a wonderful beverage menu featuring an organic wine list with natural and biodynamic options, we opted to choose from their Low ABV/Zero Proof beverage menu, that includes plenty of non-alcoholic options such as Pillow Talk that features strawberry hibiscus water, coconut cream, rose, vanilla, cinnamon infused honey, and aquafaba.

Nutrient-dense, delicious dishes

Other menu items range from smoothies and juices, to seasonal salads, a selection of bone broths, nutrient-dense dishes and more. Indulge in classic brunch dishes such as the Chilaquiles, Chia Seed Pudding and Breakfast Tacos. For lunch or dinner, try Coconut Curry Squash, Grass-fed Texas Wagyu Hanger Steak, Organic Roasted Chicken, Sustainably-sourced Salmon and many more.

Stylish settings

Not only is the food something to rave about, the stylish restaurants offer peaceful, pretty settings to enjoy your meal. The Downtown location, in particular, features lovely candlelit ambience with large floral bouquets and colorful murals. The Westlake location offers a slightly more casual, yet equally trendy, space full of natural light.
