The Austin History Center Association held their highly anticipated Angelina Eberly Luncheon at the historic Driskill Hotel on February 2. The incredible panel included Luci Baines Johnson, Monte Akers, and Julian Read. The luncheon featured Akers’ latest book, “The Grande Dame of Austin, History of the Driskill Hotel,ͪ while honoring the rich and diverse history of Austin.
