Mexic-Arte Museum’s La Catrina Ball took place on October 21 at the Four Seasons Hotel Austin. The event paid tribute to Frida Kahlo (who would have been 110 this year) and celebrated the museum’s 30-plus years of proudly serving the community and local schools through exhibits, educational programming, and cultural events. Dr. Teresa Lozano Long, a longtime philanthropist and supporter of the arts, was honored with the Patron of the Arts Award.
