Austin’s top culinary talent and restauranteurs gathered at the W Hotel November 3 for the James Beard Foundation’s Taste America dinner. The cocktail reception featured unmatched hors d’oeuvres from Franklin Barbecue, Barley Swine, and many more, while the sensational dinner menu was composed by James Beard Award winners Ludo Lefebvre Los Angeles’ Trois Mec and Tyson Cole of Uchi.
