Vy Ngo

Vy Ngo is a Vietnamese American visual artist. Inspired by her background as the child of refugees and her career as a physician, Ngo’s work strives to reflect on some of the most critical themes of the current time: identity, culture and vulnerability. Her most recent collection, “The IN Between,” explores her relationship with the concepts of home and belonging as a first-generation American. Unafraid to use her voice, Ngo not only tells her story but uses her experiences and art to advocate for her community.
