There’s always been something transportive about a visit to Lake Austin Spa Resort, and this spring, the experience feels even more elevated thanks to the debut of their new Endospheres® spa treatments, which blend high-performance skincare with cutting-edge technology.

The technology is designed to stimulate circulation and activate lymphatic flow. It supports everything from detoxification to muscle recovery — all without downtime.

We had the chance to try the spa’s new “Red Carpet Facial,” and the name feels fitting. It’s the kind of treatment designed for instant gratification: hydrated, lifted, glowing skin after just over an hour. From the start, the facial leans into deep nourishment with Natura Bissé products. The formulas leave skin feeling hydrated and refreshed.

Developed by the Italian brand, Endospheres®, this technology uses patented compressive microvibration therapy with a series of gentle, rhythmic pulses delivered through a device comprising 55 soft silicone sphere. This aims to help reduce the appearance of cellulite, and promote skin tone and smoothness.

The sensation is subtle, more vibration than anything else. There’s was no pain or discomfort, just a gentle, rolling motion across the face. Beyond the post-facial luminosity, cheeks looked a bit more lifted, a little more sculpted, almost as if circulation had been kick-started in a visible way.

This limited-time pop-up offers the treatment until May 31, 2026, in facial and full-body formats. While the Red Carpet Facial lifts and sculpts the face, the broader menu features body-sculpting and lymphatic-drainage treatments to improve tone, reduce puffiness and boost circulation.
