How Rêve Plastic Surgery is Revolutionizing Plastic Surgery with a Concierge Model
The Dripping Springs practice offers personalized treatments and recovery support tailored to each patient

Concierge medicine is quickly becoming the medical model of choice for many Austinites. Who can blame them? With closer attention to detail, personalized care and plans tailored to patients’ specific needs, it’s easy to see why the concierge model is so popular.
When it comes to plastic surgery and aesthetic treatments, a concierge approach shines. Choosing to pursue an aesthetic treatment is extremely personal, and deciding whom to trust can be complex and overwhelming, especially in a city like Austin, where there’s no shortage of injectors, plastic surgery practices and aesthetic treatments.
With the opening of Rêve Plastic Surgery, Austinites now have another option.
About Rêve Plastic Surgery
Dr. Anil Kashyap and his wife, Kristina Kashyap, opened Rêve Plastic Surgery in Dripping Springs earlier this year, giving Central Texas patients a single, trusted place for personalized care. As the first and only board-certified plastic surgeon in Dripping Springs, Dr. Kashyap brings a rare credential to the Hill Country. His intentionally low-volume approach is informed by advanced training in microsurgery and reconstruction at Johns Hopkins.
Dr. Kashyap is redefining what luxury in plastic surgery means. He and his team prioritize individualized attention, unrushed consultations and the subtle artistry behind every transformation.
“When someone chooses to get a cosmetic procedure, they are in a vulnerable place,” Dr. Kashyap says. “My goal is to ensure they are seen, heard and understood and ultimately provide them with a safe journey.”
That philosophy extends beyond the consultation room and into recovery. A patient leaving surgery might use Rêve’s black car service rather than navigate traffic home, then spend the following days receiving in-home postoperative care rather than returning to a waiting room. It’s a small shift in logistics that changes how the entire experience feels—less like a medical appointment and more like being cared for.
A holistic approach to care
While Dr. Kashyap leads the medical side of the practice, Kristina, Rêve’s chief operating officer, has shaped the experience surrounding it. From the discreet check-in process to a comprehensive recovery package that includes lymphatic massage and red-light therapy, she wants every patient’s experience to feel comfortable, thoughtful and luxurious.
“Today, in our highly efficient world, I believe there is much-needed space for the little things,” Kristina says. “Care should be holistic, not transactional. Pre- and post-procedure care mean so much. We integrate the entire journey into our offerings.”
Rêve, French for “dream,” reflects what the Kashyaps hope patients take away from the experience. The duo aims to offer not just a procedure but also the feeling of being heard, cared for and confident in a personal decision.
