Luck Presents has announced the full lineup for the 13th annual Luck Reunion, returning Thursday, March 13, at Willie Nelson’s famed Luck Ranch in Spicewood, Texas. Located at 1100 Bee Creek Road, the ranch offers fans an opportunity to experience live music in Nelson’s backyard and hear tunes from the Red Headed Stranger himself.

This year’s event will have performances by more than 40 acts, including Willie Nelson & Family, Shane Smith & The Saints, Charley Crockett, Preservation Hall Jazz Band, Julien Baker & TORRES, Taj Mahal and Aly & AJ. Guests can also expect surprise appearances—last year, Kermit the Frog joined Willie Nelson for “The Rainbow Connection”—along with a curated selection of artisan vendors and merchandise.

Instead of traditional ticket sales, fans must rely on Luck’s “Lucky Draw” system (a lottery-based program giving hopeful attendees a chance to purchase tickets). For an extra shot at securing entry, Luck fans can try their luck at Lucky Draw Live, an in-person event on Saturday, Feb. 15, at the YETI Flagship Store (220 S. Congress Ave.). The free event starts at 3 p.m., with a live performance by Walker Lukens & The Future Former In-Laws and Disko Cowboy at 6 p.m.

Community and culinary traditions at Luck Reunion

The festivities begin on Wednesday, March 12, with the 10th annual Potluck, a family-style dinner that brings together top chefs from across the country. Michael Fojtasek of MaieDay and Olamaie serves as this year’s Chef Ambassador, joined by chefs such as Ed Lee of Nami, Erik Bruner-Yang of Maketto and Cheetie Kumar of Ajja. Proceeds from the event benefit the Luck Family Foundation, which supports Farm Aid and the Texas Food and Wine Alliance. The foundation, founded in 2015, has raised more than $2.8 million for causes ranging from food systems and farming to musician support and mental health services.

On Friday, March 14, Waxahatchee will headline a special show featuring Lucinda Williams & Her Band, Futurebirds, Bill Callahan and others. Tickets for the show are $55 and can be purchased here.

“We are beyond excited to welcome our Luck Family back home to Willie’s backyard for another incredible year with this ever more important community” said Matt Bizer, CEO and Founder of Luck Presents in a press release. “Community is the theme, and this year’s event is something we are really proud of. We are welcoming back many long-time Luck Family members, some new artists we cannot stop listening to, and more than one surprise guest!”
