The Peacock, a Mediterranean-inspired restaurant on the hotel’s ground floor, is serving special brunch items, decadent cocktails and complimentary sweets.
For a livelier afternoon, visit La Piscina to indulge in margaritas and huevos rancheros.

Hyatt Centric Congress Avenue’s new restaurant Luminaire, helmed by six-time James Beard Award finalist Steve McHugh, has brunch handled on Mother’s Day.
Featuring a Spanish twist, the seasonal local Texas fare takes center stage in the holiday five-course menu. It includes roasted beet and citrus salad, crispy croquettas, Spanish tortilla, gambas al ajillo and horchata ice cream.
