The Moontower Comedy Festival is celebrating 10 years of laughs.

With more than 100 comics performing at 10 different venues in downtown Austin this September, the milestone anniversary of the four-day event will be a marathon of fun for comedy lovers.

Among the headlining performers coming to town for Moontower 2021 are Margaret Cho, Dave Attell, Leanne Morgan, Bob the Drag Queen, Brad Williams, Maria Bamford, Dan Soder, Jacqueline Novak and Sam Morril.

The festival will take place September 22nd through the 25th and includes stand-up performances, podcasts, parties and more.

The all-star slate of headliners include Erin Jackson, Natasha Leggero, Doug Benson, Kevin Iso and more.

“We’re back and better than ever,” Festival Director Lietza Brass said in a statement announcing the first round of performers, which includes many more names, including Erin Jackson, Natasha Leggero, Doug Benson, Kevin Iso and The Sklar Brothers.

“Our fans have grown to expect Moontower to deliver the freshest and very best in comedy, podcasts and events; this year is no exception,” Brass added. “As if there wasn’t enough to celebrate coming out of an incredibly challenging year for live comedy, we are thrilled to be reuniting just in time to really ‘party at the Moontower’ in honor of 10 years growing what has become an incredibly tight-knit community of the comedy-obsessed.”

Badges that offer various levels of access, priority seating, drink tickets and more options are available now. Prices range from $99 up to $1,000.

Additional performers — including additional headliners — will be announced in the coming weeks by organizers of the festival, which is produced by the Paramount Theatre and sponsored by Cap City Comedy Club.
