Joy Gift Shoppe, a locally-owned and women-owned specialty gift store, is opening its grand opening in central Austin. Located at 3706 Kerbey Lane, Joy Gift Shoppe will open on Thursday, October 3, offering a curated selection of unique gifts, greeting cards, and one-of-a-kind items from local artisans.

Owned by longtime Austinite Chris Mattsson, Joy Gift Shoppe is dedicated to celebrating the creativity and craftsmanship of Austin’s artisan community. The shop will feature an array of carefully selected items, from handmade jewelry and ceramics to whimsical greeting cards and specialty gifts for every occasion.

Joy Gift Shoppe will be open from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Monday through Friday and 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekends. The grand opening will take place on Thursday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. During the grand opening week, visitors will have the chance to enter a giveaway for a Doing Goods rug of their choice and a $100 gift card (total value of $250).
