This January, Hestia, the Michelin-starred gem from Emmer & Rye Hospitality Group, is taking over The Pershing in East Austin for a limited pop-up dining series. While undergoing equipment renovations, the Hestia team will host exclusive six-course dinners from Jan. 9-12, Jan. 14-17, Jan 19-22 from 6-8:30 p.m. each night.
Held in The Pershing’s intimate 1920s property, the experience highlights Hestia’s signature live-fire cooking and creative cuisine. Guests will enjoy interactive chef-led moments, a welcome bite cooked over an open flame, and optional wine pairings curated by Hestia’s sommelier team. Non-alcoholic options and a full drink menu will also be available.
Tickets are $150 per person and include a complimentary Pershing membership valid through January, with access to the private social club and guided tours. Hestia’s pop-up offers the only opportunity to experience its celebrated cuisine until the restaurant reopens on January 25 with an updated menu.
