Led by nonprofit organization, the Hi, How Are You Project, and named after the late singer-songwriter and visual artist Daniel Johnston, Hi, How Are You Day encourages people everywhere to check in on a neighbor, friend, co-worker, family member or loved one and ask, “Hi, How Are You?”
This year’s musical programming kicks off with live performances at 29th Street Ballroom, presented by Interplanetary Help Desk. The live shows will feature rising Texas-born singer-songwriter Caroline Hale and Austin-based indie band Witches Exist. This performance gets back to the roots of the Project’s mission to educate young people worldwide about the importance of mental health and well-being through creative content, events and community-building programs and reach college-aged students where they are.
100% of ticket sales benefit the Hi, How Are You Project.
