Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott Flagship Store Opens With a Star-Studded Giddy-up on South Congress
A celebration of cowgirl culture is unveiled at Austin's newest boutique
In 2023, Kendra Scott debuted her line of western-inspired jewelry and accessories known as Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott, which she described as her love letter to the Lone Star State. Inspired by time spent on her family ranch—and the mix of tranquility and adventure it brings—this brand includes a free-spirited line of jewelry and apparel.
The Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott line launched with great success in the Austin flagship store, as well as online and in various pop-ups across the U.S. Collaborations with Wrangler and country star Lainey Wilson, added to the brand’s popularity. This brand which celebrates the adventurous spirit of cowgirls and cowboys, now has a new flagship store on South Congress Avenue, directly across the street from Kendra’s flagship boutique.
With Western romance in mind, the store offers a mix of country and chic, featuring vintage-inspired jewelry, boots, hats and accessories.
Honoring the history of traditional American folk art, Kendra prioritized working with local and female artisans whenever possible throughout the project. In fact, as part of Kendra Scott’s team’s commitment to giving back, they partnered with the nonprofit Nest—empowering the next generation of makers, artisans, and entrepreneurs with the resources they need to succeed.
Yellow Rose by Kendra Scott’s VIP Opening
To celebrate the opening of her new flagship store, Kendra welcomed friends and family on November 14 to a celebration that was just as bold, spirited, and fun as her brand. Camila Alves McConaughey, Jamie Lynn Sigler, Becca Tobin, Odette Annable, and Hassie Harrison were all in attendance.
A denim carpet welcomed guests into the new store. Inside DJ Disko Cowboy had everyone dancing in their boots, and Beau’s Bar served Rambler, Old Fashioneds with 9 Banded Whiskey, and Ranch Waters with Lalo Tequila that kept the good times flowing. MML Hospitality provided the perfect Texas bites.
Attendees enjoyed a hat bar where guests could customize their styles, jewelry engraving for that personal touch, bandana chain stitching, and even branded cigar rollers and cutters to add a bit of smokey, western charm. The store was packed full of boots, hats and smiles.
Guests were treated to Yellow Rose trucker hats, koozies, sparkling jewelry and little Texas pecan pies from Tiny Pies—just the right bite of sweetness to cap off the night.
