On Sept. 24, Studio Vāstu, an Austin-based interior design firm, hosted a memorable grand opening evening, inviting Austin’s creative community to step inside the newly opened storefront for its trade line, Indigo Market. Guests spent the evening exploring Studio Vāstu’s thoughtfully curated collection, featuring one-of-a-kind vintage furniture, architectural salvage, statement mirrors, lighting and rare decorative treasures. A highlight of the night was the exclusive debut of Studio Vāstu’s custom-designed dining chairs—a handcrafted bespoke collection designed entirely from scratch, seamlessly blending timeless craftsmanship with modern functionality.

Throughout the 1,400-square-foot space, attendees enjoyed fine wine, craft bites and lively conversation with fellow trade professionals and design lovers. Many guests shared heartfelt impressions of the warm, inviting atmosphere, noting that entering the store felt less like shopping and more like stepping straight into a beautiful home.
