Toastique Brings Gourmet Toasts, Smoothies and More to Austin

Toastique will open its first location in Central Texas on Saturday, June 22, at 2620 Perseverance Drive in The Grove. This marks a significant milestone for the brand, which has rapidly expanded since its inception.

Founded by Brianna Keefe in 2018, Toastique’s flagship location in Washington D.C. quickly gained popularity, generating over $1 million in sales during its first year of operation. This remarkable success led to the business being franchised, and there are now 175 franchise units across the country.

Toastique’s offerings include an array of gourmet toasts, smoothies, açaí bowls, cold-pressed juices, and gourmet coffee and espresso drinks. Additionally, patrons can enjoy grab-and-go items, cocktails, and vegan soft-serve ice cream – all crafted from locally sourced and sustainable ingredients.

A commitment to taste and nutrition

“We are excited to bring Toastique’s unique blend of fast-casual offerings to the heart of Texas,” said Dr. Carretta. “Our mission is to provide food options that nourish all day, and we can’t wait to share our passion with the people of Austin.”

The menu features artisanal toasts with toppings ranging from avocado and smoked salmon to almond butter and fresh berries. Guests can also enjoy smoothie bowls bursting with tropical flavors or rejuvenate with freshly made cold-pressed juices.

“We’re proud to be part of Austin’s dynamic community and are looking forward to becoming a go-to spot for the growing Austin foodie scene,” added Dr. Carretta.

To celebrate the opening, Toastique will be hosting a grand opening event on Saturday, June 22, from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. The first 100 guests who make a purchase of $10 or more will receive $50 in Toastique rewards.
