Free and open to the public, The University of Texas Press at 75: A Celebration of Books and Ideas will feature a full day of conversations with acclaimed authors, thought-provoking panels, and a celebration of the press’s impact on Texas culture and beyond.
The festivities will kick off with a special proclamation from Austin Mayor Kirk Watson declaring September 21 as University of Texas Press Day, followed by a full day of conversations that reflect the press’s far-reaching catalog and cultural impact.
