Clay Imports will host an evening of narrative shorts and documentaries on Dec. 13 at Hyperreal Film Club, featuring the premiere of “Lente y Ladrillo.” Filmed on working brick yards in Saltillo, Mexico, the short follows a photographer who becomes immersed in the world of traditional brickmakers.

Doors open at 6 p.m., followed by the screening and a Q&A with the film’s director and producer from 7 to 8:30 p.m. Tickets are $8, and all proceeds benefit the Saltillo brickmakers’ annual Christmas Posada.
