The family-owned jeweler, which opened in Houston in 1976 and later expanded to Austin’s The Domain, is marking five decades in business with a restaurant collaboration and a two-day showroom celebration. The anniversary prize is a white gold tennis bracelet valued at $13,000, with 50 diamonds totaling 5 carats.

From Nov. 6-30, eight restaurant locations across Austin and Houston will serve specialty cocktails and nonalcoholic drinks in honor of the anniversary. In Austin, featured cocktails include the Red Bell Pepper Ranch Water at Aris, the Agriatini at Bill’s Oyster and the El Pepino at VanHorn’s. Guests who order a featured beverage will receive a custom drink stirrer with a QR code directing them to Zadok’s website to enter the bracelet giveaway. Guests can also enter in person at either Zadok showroom.

Houston participants include Bari, Doris Metropolitan, Rumi’s Kitchen and the River Oaks and Memorial locations of Relish Restaurant & Bar.

An anniversary weekend in Austin

On Nov. 13 and 14, the celebration moves to Zadok’s showroom at The Domain, with festivities from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. both days. Jewelry and watch partners will host trunk shows featuring one-of-a-kind jewels, rare timepieces and pieces outside the store’s usual selection.

Friday’s cocktail hour begins at 4 p.m., with bites from Kitsu Nori, followed by a live performance from Austin singer-songwriter Django Walker at 5 p.m.

Saturday begins at 10 a.m. with coffee and sweets from Lady Babka. Sugar Social’s Swedish candy cart will make an appearance from noon to 5 p.m., followed by a 4 p.m. gathering featuring champagne, wine and the Zadok 1976 signature cocktail.

The weekend will benefit The Trail Conservancy, which cares for the Ann and Roy Butler Hike-and-Bike Trail at Lady Bird Lake and its surrounding parkland.

“We wanted this celebration to feel personal, joyful, and true to Zadok, bringing together people and places we love, including our new Austin community, and creating a special way to say thank you to everyone who has been part of our story,” Zadok said.

Zadok Jewelers’ Austin showroom is at 11501 Century Oaks Terrace, Suite 141, at The Domain. For more information about the anniversary celebrations and giveaway, visit zadok.com.
