Dot Dot Dot Connect is welcoming award-winning Polish journalist and author of “How to Feed a Dictator,” Witold Szablowski, for an unforgettable week of events exploring the intersection of food, tyranny, history and politics.

The events include a discussion at the UT campus, a hands-on cooking workshop, a special “dictator’s dish” and book signing at a popular East Austin restaurant and a public library talk. They will blend storytelling, history, and cuisine.

An intimate and unique culinary experience cooking alongside Witold Szabłowski, bestselling author, journalist, and a true connoisseur of world flavors. Explore recipes from his books “How To Feed a Dictator” and “What’s Cooking in the Kremlin.” Spots are limited. RSVP required – $20 ticket cost paid directly to the catering company.
