Dot Dot Dot Connect is welcoming award-winning Polish journalist and author of “How to Feed a Dictator,” Witold Szablowski, for an unforgettable week of events exploring the intersection of food, tyranny, history and politics.

The events include a discussion at the UT campus, a hands-on cooking workshop, a special “dictator’s dish” and book signing at a popular East Austin restaurant and a public library talk. They will blend storytelling, history, and cuisine.

Conversation with Polish award-winning writer and journalist Witold Szablowski at UT Austin. Dr. Mary Neuburger will lead the discussion with the author of fascinating books and reportages that look at history, politics, and people’s behavior through food and personal stories. The audience is invited to sample dishes from the book and participate in a book signing by the author. Free admission. RSVP recommended
